About Hackney Downs Studios

Hackney Downs Studios is home to a diverse mix of artists, makers and independent businesses. A former print works, the studios now cater to a range of creative needs, from coworking hubs and open workshops to private studios.

Situated next to Hackney Downs Park, the on-site cafe, bar and restaurant, along with other social spaces, markets and wellbeing provisions add to the authentic sense of community in this lively location.

Residents have 24hr access to Hackney Downs Studios.

24/7 Front of House & Post Service

Front of House service includes 24/7 post holding, collection and facilitating couriers. As well as round-the-clock CCTV monitoring, night security concierge is on hand outside of daytime working hours.

Hackney Downs Studios offers a meeting room that comfortably seats up to eight people. The room is equipped with video calling facilities and a TV for presentations. Tea and coffee is available on request. Use of the meeting room is charged at an hourly or single day rate.
