Access subsidised studio space as an emerging creative

Are you looking for a space to grow your creative practice or business, but have experienced financial barriers in doing so? Eat Work Art has launched the Collaborator Programme to support talented individuals, organisations and independent businesses through subsidised studio space.

What is the Collaborator Programme?

We offer subsidised rates on a selection of studio spaces to individuals, organisations and independent businesses that can contribute something unique to the current resident communities across our locations or the local community near to our spaces.

What could your contribution to these communities look like?

  • Setting up creative workshops specific to young people in the local community who are underrepresented in creative industries.
  • Running exclusive events for our resident community.
  • Providing products or services that add value to our communities — from floral arrangement and interior design services, to photography and branding tips.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Offer something unique that would benefit the resident or local community
  • Identify as someone underrepresented in creative industries OR demonstrate that your work in the space will support those underrepresented in creative industries
  • Demonstrate how you align with any of the Programme Objectives which are…
  1. Foster diversity amongst our communities
  2. Promote collaboration with other residents and the local community
  3. Build and maintain long-term resident relationships
  4. Showcase innovation in a specific area or idea
