Netil House epitomises Eat Work Art’s pioneering spirit and creative ethos. Since opening in 2009, the former 1960s office block has become a Hackney landmark, home to creative leaders who are driving culture forward.

Located in London's thriving E8 neighbourhood, the Netil House workspace is a 2 minute walk from Broadway Market and London Fields. Private studios, workshops, and offices, as well as coworking and flexible workspace, are occupied by a curated community of innovators and emerging talents in all areas of the creative industries, including fashion, photography, music and design.

The extensive amenities include a 24 hour reception, meeting rooms and breakout spaces, rooftop bar Netil360, NT's Loft, Bambi restaurant, free saunas for residents, and a selection of shops and renowned food vendors next door at Netil Market.

Meeting Rooms

Netil House offers meeting rooms that comfortably seats up to eight people. The rooms are equipped with video calling facilities and a TV for presentations. Tea and coffee is available on request. Use of the meeting room is charged at an hourly or single day rate.
