On Solstice Sunday, The Cider Box (leaders of the real cider movement) will be joining us on the roof, bringing over 30 real ciders and perrys, made from 100% freshly-pressed fermented apple and pear juices, including recent award winners from the British Cider Championships and alongside old favourites such as the late great Joe Strummer's cider of choice, Wilkins Cider; Burrow Hill - the cider of Glastonbury for over 40 years, and lashings of mead - fermented honey at its finest

Raw Cheese Power, the vanguard of artisan cheesemakers, will bring us some devilishly delightful food, such as The Ploughman; Sourdough, butter, vintage Somerset cheddar, wholegrain mustard, farmhouse chutney and The Herdsman; Sourdough, butter, raw milk Emmental, dijon mustard, cornichons, double decker.

Dan Heath, fresh from leading the judging at the recent British Cider Championships, will be hosting free tutored cider tasting sessions, taking us on a journey into the mystic and magic of real cider. There will be a full cider bar with over 30 brilliant ciders, perries, and possibly a splash of mead.
