Resident Referral Programme (London)

• The Resident Referral Programme (""the promotion"") is available exclusively for studio leases with a duration of 12 months, limited to selected studio spaces only, as determined by Eat Work Art (""EWA"").
• This promotion is applicable solely for new lease agreements and does not apply to lease renewals or extensions.
• All enquiries for participation in the Resident Referral Programme are contingent upon studio availability, subject to the discretion of EWA, and are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the lease contract.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other existing promotions.
• Referrals must be made via the EWA Referral Programme page and cannot be made retrospectively.
• The referred contact cannot be an existing Resident or currently in discussions with EWA about becoming a Resident.
• If your application is successful, you will receive 1 month rent-free on your second month’s rent (excluding deposit, service charges, and utility bills).
• A referral will be deemed successful once the referred contact has signed a new license agreement, and paid their deposit and their first month’s rent.
• Referred members can start referring their own friends as soon as they become Residents of EWA.
• The referred company/person cannot be an owner, employee, agent, or sub-agent for the referred business.
• Submission of a referral or any contact with Eat Work Art about the Referral Programme indicates acceptance of the Eat Work Art website terms and conditions and that any contact details will be used in accordance with the privacy policy.
• Eat Work Art reserves the right to modify or terminate any aspect of the promotion at any time without prior notice. Additionally, Eat Work Art retains the discretion to decline the promotion to any customer or revoke the offer if the resident breaches their tenancy agreement.
