Eligible contracts will receive a contribution towards membership fees, applied as a reduction to the resident’s account. This contribution is conditional upon residents sharing valid receipts for fit-out expenses.

To qualify, residents must move in by 31st May 2026.

The Promotion:

• Is available to new residents only and does not apply to renewals, extensions, or relocation contracts entered into by existing residents
• Is limited to selected locations and studio spaces only
• Applies only to contracts with a minimum term of 24 months. Eligible contracts will receive a contribution towards membership fees, applied as a reduction to the resident’s account. Studios with a monthly membership fee of up to £1,000 will receive £1,000 off their membership fees, and studios with a monthly membership fee above £1,000 will receive £2,000 off their membership fees
• Is not applicable to service charges, internet or utility bills
• Cannot be combined with Eat Work Art’s Resident Referral Programme or any other existing promotions
• Does not impact the deposit amount required for a studio

All enquiries are subject to studio availability and the discretion of Eat Work Art, and are governed by the terms and conditions set out in the contract.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Eat Work Art reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and resolve any disputes at its discretion.

Eat Work Art also reserves the right to decline or revoke the Promotion at any time, particularly in the event of a breach of the contract.
