Eligible contracts will receive up to 3 months free membership, subject to the terms and conditions below.

To qualify for the Promotion, residents must sign a qualifying private studio lease by 30th November 2026.

The Promotion:

• Is available to new residents only and does not apply to renewals, extensions, or relocation contracts entered into by existing residents.
• Is available at Hackney Downs Studios only and is subject to studio availability.
• Applies to private studios with a membership fee of over £1,200 per month.
• Applies to contracts with a minimum term of 12 months.
• 24-month leases are eligible for 3 months free membership.
• 12-month leases are eligible for 1 month free membership.
• The free months apply to membership fees only and are not applicable to service charges, utilities, or other additional charges.
• Cannot be combined with Eat Work Art’s Resident Referral Programme or any other existing promotions.
• Does not impact the deposit amount required for a studio.
• The Promotion is subject to the studio being available and the contract being approved and entered into by Eat Work Art.

All enquiries are subject to studio availability and the discretion of Eat Work Art, and are governed by the terms and conditions set out in the contract.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Eat Work Art reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and resolve any disputes at its discretion.

Eat Work Art also reserves the right to decline or revoke the Promotion at any time, particularly in the event of a breach of the contract.
