How much is coworking at Eat Work Art?

Coworking pricing varies depending on agreement length and location. Current pricing for our London coworking spaces is listed below.

Netil House – Hot Desking

  • 3 month agreement – £300 (inclusive of VAT)
  • 6 month agreement – £275 (inclusive of VAT)
  • 12 month agreement – £250 (inclusive of VAT)

All agreements include a one month deposit and a one month notice period after the initial term.

Netil House – Fixed Desk

  • 3 month agreement – £360 (inclusive of VAT)
  • 6 month agreement – £330 (inclusive of VAT)
  • 12 month agreement – £300 (inclusive of VAT)

All agreements include a one month deposit and a one month notice period after the initial term.

Hackney Downs Studios – Fixed Desk (Large)

  • 3 month agreement - 360.00 (inclusive of VAT)
  • 6 month agreement - 330.00 (inclusive of VAT)
  • 12 month agreement - 300.00 (inclusive of VAT)

Hackney Downs Studios – Fixed Desk (Medium)

  • 3 month agreement – £255 (inclusive of VAT)
  •  6 month agreement – £280 (inclusive of VAT)
  •  12 month agreement – £305 (inclusive of VAT)

Hackney Downs Studios – Hot Desking

  • 3 month agreement – £300 (inclusive of VAT)
  •  6 month agreement – £275 (inclusive of VAT)
  •  12 month agreement – £250 (inclusive of VAT)

Is coworking available right now?

Yes, coworking spaces at both our London locations (Netil House and Hackney Downs Studios) are currently available.

What is the minimum agreement length for coworking?

The minimum coworking agreement is three months. Day passes are also available at Netil House.

What is included in a coworking membership?

Coworking memberships include:

  • Marketing support tailored to your practice
  • Access to a curated creative community
  • Exclusive discounts at local cafés, restaurants, shops and wellness providers both onsite and nearby
Can I bring a monitor?

Yes. Members with a fixed desk are welcome to bring a monitor into the space.

Can I bring my own chair?

Yes. Fixed desk members may bring their own chair if preferred.

Can I decorate my fixed desk?

Yes. You are welcome to set up your fixed desk with monitors, equipment and personal items that support your creative practice.

Can I have a landline number?

No. We do not offer cabling or setup for landline connections.

Community & Lifestyle
Can I have visitors?

Yes. Occasional visitors are welcome and may work from communal or hot desking areas.

While a visitor is onsite they remain your responsibility and should not be left unattended. For more regular visitors we recommend purchasing a day pass.

Can I bring pets?

Yes. All of our sites are dog friendly.

Who are the current coworking residents?

Our coworking memberships are curated, meaning fellow residents work across a range of creative industries including music, production, events, design and programming.

Amenities & Facilities
Are there kitchen facilities?

Yes. Each site includes a communal kitchen with a microwave, recycling facilities, coffee machine and boiling water tap.

Are there breakout spaces?

Yes. Both locations include a range of breakout and informal working spaces.

At Netil House, NT’s Loft can be used during the day as a light filled breakout workspace.

At Hackney Downs Studios, the reception and gallery space provide additional workspace, alongside the Arches kitchen and casual seating area, which also includes phone booths.

Is there secure bike storage?

Yes. Secure bike storage is available at Hackney Downs Studios and Netil House.

Is there parking available?

No. Car parking is not currently available at either site.

Do residents have 24/7 access?

Yes. Coworking residents can access the space 24 hours a day at Hackney Downs Studios and Netil House.

Are there phone booths available?

Yes. Both Hackney Downs Studios and Netil House locations include phone booths for private calls.

Are meeting rooms available?

Yes. Meeting rooms and bookable spaces are available. Speak to the community team at reception to arrange a booking.

Is internet included in the price?

Yes. All coworking agreements include high speed WiFi.

Are utilities included?

Yes. Utilities are included within the coworking membership.

Are the spaces accessible and DDA compliant?

No. Unfortunately neither of our coworking spaces are currently DDA compliant.

Events & Opportunities
Are there events onsite?

Yes. The community team organises two resident socials each year to help members connect.

Residents also regularly host events throughout the year. At Hackney Downs Studios, the gallery space hosts a variety of events including launches and markets. At Netil House, the programme includes community events, London Design Festival, London Fashion Week activity and events hosted by food and beverage partners. Check out our upcoming events.

How do I apply?

You can apply for a coworking membership by completing our coworking application form.

How soon can I view the coworking spaces?

Viewings can usually be arranged within 24 hours of submitting an application. Once you complete the form, a member of the resident curation team will contact you.

How do I arrange a viewing?

Complete the application form and a member of the curation team will arrange a viewing with you.
