Andreas Christodoulou, Creative Director and founder of House of Dré invite us inside his studio at Hackney Downs Studios.

Inside the Hackney Downs Studios space of House of Dré sample trays stack up alongside moodboards, vintage furniture and the remnants of finished projects such as Tom's Pasta, Ember Locke in Kensington and Sussex's Crafted: Hotel. Across the room sits Matilda, a small plant that's been with creative director Andreas Christodoulou since day one, back when the award winning interior design studio was a desk in his bedroom. It’s an intimate space that works hard, reflecting a studio built around collaboration with artists, designers craftspeople and an instinctive approach to design.

In the latest episode of In Studio, Andreas takes us inside his East London studio and behind the thinking of his practice.
