We think this year should be about self-love. Whilst we are sequestered at home, there’s still some love we can practice from the comfort of our homes. Eat Work Art has rounded-up some things to treat yourself or loved ones to this year.
Founded by Georgia Campbell and based at Hackney Downs Studios, Miss Crofton is a fresh, inventive lingerie brand that brings together the sensual thrill of all things girly with womanly sophistication. Adored by fashion influencers, respected by modern makers, and with a huge fanbase of Japanese tastemakers, Miss Crofton’s attention to detail and fine quality has won admirers the world over. The sassy (ethical) lingerie brand has just dropped their latest Valentine’s panties collection, available here.

Love Blooms specialises in natural, seasonal, beautiful floristry filled with texture and colour. All arrangements are bespoke and designed from a studio/shop at Hackney Downs Studios. You can treat yourself (or a loved one) to a special Valentine’s bouquet this year if you order by 9th February for click & collect or delivery.
Klei is a shop founded by London based ceramicists; Jess Joslin and Sky Corewijn. They had a permanent space at Netil Market which sells their own work and acts as a platform for other ceramic artists and ceramicists whose work they love. Their shop opens again from 6th February for click & collect, perfect gifts for ceramic lovers!
Female owned, female led and run by black girl magic, the dessert bar at Netil Market is the first design-your-own-donut bar in London. They also also serve hot donuts sundaes, ice cream, milkshakes and more, with lots of vegan options. This year they are offering a Valentine's Hot Chocolate Special:
A jumbo homemade heart shaped marshmallow in uber neon pink. The hot chocolate is made with a mix of callebaut chocolate for ultra-richness and depth! Available weekend of 6th Feb + 13th Feb.
The wine bar & restaurant from the team behind P.Franco, Peg & Noble Fine Liquor, is teaming up with Fin & Flounder to offer you a very special Valentine’s Day Meal Box.
The menu includes a selection of their favorite seafood on offer, so that this Valentine’s day can be used as an excuse to do just something a little different from a regular lockdown Sunday. £95 will get you everything you see in the menu, designed for 2 people obviously!
