Founders of Tag Agency, Alvin and Tumisha, invite us inside their studio at Netil Corner.

Inside TAG Agency’s East London studio, its story is hidden in plain sight. Photographs from the agency’s earliest days sit alongside mentorship programme mementos and a collection of artefacts from past campaigns. Each shelf and corner offering another glimpse into how their work champions underrepresented voices to feel seen and acknowledged. Bright colours, a lived in lounge area and impromptu visitors reflect the openness that founders Alvin and Tumisha have built their studio around in Netil Corner.

TAG began long before it became an agency. What started as youth-led workshops across schools in Peckham and Hackney, organised alongside full-time jobs, has since evolved into a social first creative studio helping brands and cultural organisations better understand and grow with new-gen audiences. In this episode of In Studio, Alvin and Tumisha invite us inside space to reflect on the agency's formative years, representation in storytelling and the growing need for brands to move beyond assumptions and engage audiences with greater care and nuance.
