About

Eat Work Art was established in 2009 with the aim of revitalising disused buildings, creating refined, functional and flexible workspaces for independent creative communities to grow.

Launching with Netil House in London Fields, a once-unloved 1960s office block transformed into a creative powerhouse, crowned with a sprawling rooftop bar and restaurant.

Expanding into Hackney Downs Studios, Cornerstone Studios, Sunbury Workshops, Netil Corner, Light Studios and Alma Yard, we have grown organically to provide creative workspace and co-working to over 1000 creatives. We take pride in the uniqueness of each of our locations, intentionally designed to resonate with the building’s character and adapt to our residents’ evolving needs.

Sustainability is inherent in our regeneration work and we strive to enrich the communities we work in.

Beyond exceptional studio spaces, we enhance residents’ experiences with carefully selected food and beverage options, wellness amenities and a year-round events program that draws thousands.

Our residents cherish the authentic community and atmosphere we offer, bringing together like-minded individuals who champion innovation and collaboration. Everyone is welcome, from start-up artisan traders to established creative businesses.
