What are the eligibility criteria for the Referral Programme?
To qualify for the referral offer, you must sign a lease agreement for a minimum of 12 months and must be a new contact who has never been in touch with Eat Work Art before.
Additionally, the eligibility to participate in this programme is at the discretion of Eat Work Art.
When do I get my reward?
Your rental credit will be applied on the second month of your lease.

Residents have 24hr access to Netil Corner. Night security is on-hand to assist outside of daytime working hours.
Netil Corner features four private saunas, all with incredible views of the city. Each sauna can comfortably accommodate up to four people, featuring their own chillout sections, mini fridges and communal showers. The rooftop saunas are on the rooftop terrace and are separated from the iconic Netil360 bar.
Residents have their own delivery address and postbox, accessible by couriers for letter and parcel deliveries.
Studios have their own independent internet connection. Technicians can assist you with setting up wifi, telephones and any additional equipment.
Communal spaces have been carefully designed for comfort and convenience, and include organic fruit and milk delivered weekly.
Enjoy access to Netil House's renowned Netil360 roof terrace, where residents can unwind and connect while enjoying panoramic views of the city. Netil House and the adjoining Netil Market have a substantial food and drink offering, plus other wellness provisions.
Netil Corner offers bookable meeting rooms on each floor, equipped with video calling facilities and a TV for presentations. Tea and coffee are available on request. The meeting room is charged at an hourly or single-day rate. Phone booths are also available.
Complimentary marketing support is available to residents. Our team can assist with social media and comms as well as facilitating professional headshots, workshops, events and connecting you with other residents.
