What are the eligibility criteria for the Referral Programme?
To qualify for the referral offer, you must sign a lease agreement for a minimum of 12 months and must be a new contact who has never been in touch with Eat Work Art before. Additionally, the eligibility to participate in this programme is at the discretion of Eat Work Art.
When do I get my reward?
Your rental credit will be applied on the second month of your lease.
Does this offer apply to workspaces in London?
This offer is specific to our Plymouth sites. Our London-based referral scheme can be found here.
Residents have 24hr access to our sites. Night security is on-hand to assist outside of daytime working hours.
Studios have their own independent internet connection. Technicians can assist you with setting up wifi, telephones and any additional equipment.
Communal spaces have been carefully designed for comfort and convenience, and include organic fruit and milk delivered weekly.
Residents can enjoy discounts at a variety of local food, drink and retail outlets. Our partnerships with local establishments ensures you can enjoy the neighbourhood while supporting local businesses.
Complimentary marketing support is available to residents. Our team can assist with social media and comms as well as facilitating professional headshots, workshops, events and connecting you with other residents.
