Day Pass Pricing

The price of a Day Pass depends on quantity purchased:

• A single Day Pass costs £25.00 + VAT
• A bundle of 5 Day Passes costs £20.00 + VAT per pass
• A bundle of 10 Day Passes costs £15.00 + VAT per pass

By purchasing and using a Coworking Day Pass, you (“the User”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions set by Eat Work Art (“the Company”).

1. Access Hours

Day Pass access is valid only between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays unless otherwise stated.

2. Access Areas

The Day Pass entitles the User to access and use the following areas: Second Floor Coworking Space, Second floor Lobby, NT’s Loft and Terrace Space. Access to other areas of the building or any restricted spaces is not permitted under this pass.

Check-In and Check-Out Procedure

• Users must collect a Day Pass fob from reception at the start of their day.
• The fob must be returned to reception by the end of the day (no later than 6:00 PM).
• Lost or unreturned fobs may incur a replacement fee of 25.00.

4. Day Pass Validity and Refund Policy

• Day Passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• No refunds will be issued for unused, partially used, or expired Day Passes.
• Day Passes are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared.

5. Community Guidelines

To maintain a productive, respectful, and welcoming environment for all, Day Pass users are expected to observe the following community standards:

• Respect Others: Be courteous to fellow coworkers and staff. Avoid loud conversations or disruptive behavior, we have phone booths in the space, please use these for calls.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Clean up after yourself and leave shared spaces as you found them.
• Phone Calls & Meetings: Use designated phone booths for calls where possible.
• Guests: Day Passes are for individual use only. Guests are not permitted unless pre-approved by staff.
• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises and in any non-designated outdoor areas.
• Security & Privacy: Do not share Wi-Fi credentials or access fobs with others. Respect the confidentiality and privacy of those around you.

Failure to comply with community guidelines may result in immediate removal from the space without refund and/or future access being restricted.

6. Liability

• The Company is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or left unattended on the premises.
• Users assume full responsibility for any damage caused to Company property during their stay.

7. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available upon request or at reception.
