Bright Restaurant

Bright is a new wine bar and restaurant from the team behind P.Franco and Noble Fine Liquor, with chefs William Gleave and Giuseppe Belvedere. 

They have curated a menu focussing on the best, fresh and seasonal ingredients available. Their food offering isn’t tied to a specific cuisine, however the influence of Asian, Australian and Italian flavours are unmistakable, with fresh pasta at the heart.

The wine offering it’s centred on interesting wines from P.Franco as well as Noble’s cellars, available by the glass or the bottle. Co-owner Liam Kelleher and manager Phil Bracey made their own wine last year in Catalunya and in Margaret River in Western Australia this year, a blend of white and red grapes - a rose - to pour by the tap in their bar at Bright.
