Terrone & Co Take On The London Coffee Festival
Netil Market residents Terrone &Co have a jam packed weekend of coffee happenings to celebrate London Coffee Festival.
The London Coffee Festival (30th April - 3rd May) is the flagship event of UK Coffee Week. UK Coffee Week is a nationwide programme of charitable collections, in-store activities and public events which all raises funds for Project Waterfall to deliver clean water projects in coffee-producing African countries.
With three buildings full to the brim with creative talent, we can only imagine the gallons of coffee being consumed everyday at EAT WORK ART is getting higher by the day. That's why we checked in with Netil Market resident Terrone & Co to find out about what they're planning over this celebratory weekend.
On Friday, Terrone & Co founder Edy Piro will be at the stand of Eureka grinders showcasing his 2 latest products. Firstly, he will have the "Ciclista Espresso" on the espresso machine, also, on the aeropress and brew bar, they will have "100 per Cento - Rwanda" on offer.
Developing a reputation for being able to make a mean cup of coffee is something to be desired. That's why you should all come along (Sunday at 3pm) to see Terrone & co. owner Edy Piro demonstrate aeropress techniques to use at home, with a particular emphasis on getting the best extractions from metal filters. On display will be the Terrone Superfine disk, so Edy can display and showcase its capabilities. For more information about the event and other workshops on that day, hit this link and head to the Sunday page.
Finally, on Sunday, straight after his talk you can catch Edy at 'True Artisan Cafe' at the La Marzocco stand. Make sure to catch them at any and all of these happening's, as London Coffee Festival is sure to be a crazy one!
