Eligibility for Promotional Offer

Agreements meeting the following criteria are eligible for a discounted monthly rate for the duration of the agreement:

• A minimum agreement term of 12 months
• Must move in by 31st January 2025

Discounted Agreement Pricing

A promotional discount may be applied to the entire length of a coworking agreement.

For example: instead of the standard rate of £175.00 per month, the monthly cost may be reduced to £150.00 for the full term of the agreement. Pricing will be reviewed at the time of renewal.

Minimum Term and Notice Period

Residents are required to complete the full initial agreement term. After the initial term, a one-month notice period may be given to terminate the agreement.

Promotion Terms

• The promotion applies only to new coworking agreements
• The free month, applicable only to 12-month agreements, will be applied to the second month’s rent invoice
• This promotion cannot be combined with Eat Work Art’s Resident Referral Programme or any other existing offers
• All enquiries are subject to coworking space availability and the discretion of Eat Work Art
• All agreements are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the tenancy agreement

General Conditions

• By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions
• Eat Work Art reserves the right to interpret these terms and resolve any disputes at its sole discretion
• The promotion may be declined or revoked at any time, particularly in cases of breach of the tenancy agreement
• All pricing is exclusive of VAT
• All agreements require a one-month deposit
