To qualify for the Promotion, tenants must move in by 31 March 2026.

The Promotion:

• Is available exclusively for studio agreements and is limited to selected locations and studio spaces only
• Applies only to new lease agreements
• Applies only to lease agreements with a minimum term of 24 months. Eligible leases will receive 30% off their first 6 months of rent.
• Does not apply to lease renewals or extensions
• Is not applicable to service charges or utility bills
• Will be applied to your second month’s rent invoice
• Cannot be combined with Eat Work Art’s Resident Referral Programme or any other existing promotions
• Does not impact the Deposit Amount required for a studio 

All enquiries are subject to studio availability and the discretion of Eat Work Art, and are governed by the terms and conditions set out in the lease agreements.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Eat Work Art reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and resolve any disputes at its discretion.

Eat Work Art also reserves the right to decline or revoke the Promotion at any time, particularly in the event of a breach of the tenancy agreement.
