The Promotion is available exclusively for private studio contract agreements and is limited to selected studio spaces only.

The Promotion is valid exclusively at select Eat Work Art’s London locations.

The Promotion starts on 1st December 2025 and ends on 31st December 2025.

Residents’ first rent payment will be due in line with the billing schedule applicable to their specific studio location. Accordingly, all rent that would otherwise be payable from the contract commencement date up to the February 2026 billing cycle is waived.

The Promotion:

• Applies only to new contract agreements
• Does not apply to contract renewals or extensions
• Is not applicable to service charges or utility bills
• Cannot be combined with Eat Work Art’s Resident Referral Programme or any other existing promotions
• Does not impact the Deposit Amount required for a studio

All enquiries are subject to studio availability and the discretion of Eat Work Art, and are governed by the terms and conditions set out in the studio contract agreements. 

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Eat Work Art reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and resolve any disputes at its discretion.

Eat Work Art also reserves the right to decline or revoke the Promotion at any time, particularly in the event of a breach of the tenancy agreement.
