People & Culture Lead
This role requires a hands-on and holistic approach to the Eat Work Art resident experience, covering several key areas including; building management, customer service & retention, hospitality, event management, community building, process optimisation and facilities management. You’re a natural extrovert who would thrive on being part of the Eat Work Art resident community, capable of forming warm and long lasting relationships with ease.
The ideal candidate will have exceptionally high standards of presentation and communication and will use these skills to lead and motivate a team of Community Assistants and Front of House team into achieving the same standards. Outstanding customer service will be second nature to you and you will take full ownership of all resident touch points, building an environment that you and your team are proud of.
