Lock Down Ladies Exhbition
Lock Down Ladies is a commission-based print initiative, drawing female nude submissions and donating proceeds to women’s charities.
The event will be a display of the last 18 months of Lock Down Ladies, showcasing women globally who have submitted their nudes to raise money for domestic violence survivors. The exhibition will showcase the stories, artwork and journey of the project. Original artworks, prints and postcards will be available for purchase at the exhibition.
Special guest speakers from Solace Women's Aid will be present to highlight the urgent need to support women experiencing domestic violence.
The exhibition is supported by Eat Work Art at Hackney Downs Studios, a London based workspace provider dedicated to supporting local creatives.
With two main ticketed events on the Friday and Sunday, visitors can visit the exhibition at any time during the week, and donate to Solace Women’s aid throughout.
