Community Assistant
The Community Assistant role at Eat Work Art is a full-time, front-facing position, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment.
You will ensure the building is always safe and well-maintained, taking full responsibility for its presentation. Managing the in-house ticketing system, maintaining CRM access, and overseeing CCTV when needed are key duties. You will also handle post, liaise with couriers, support Front of House improvements, and assist in managing the cleaning team, Netil Market, and Sunbury Workshops.
You will foster a positive resident experience, proactively enhancing touchpoints and maintaining engagement. Acting as the main contact, you will log key interactions, warmly welcome visitors, and direct queries effectively. Supporting brand marketing, social outreach, and strengthening resident culture through connection and collaboration will also be essential.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week. Shifts will vary between mornings (8am – 3pm) and evenings (3pm – 10pm) from Monday to Friday. Weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday will be from 9am – 6pm.
