Remote Viewings: A Step by Step Guide

Eat Work Art is pleased to announce that we have introduced a remote studio tour option alongside contactless consultations and on-boarding across all of our sites to keep our staff and residents safe. By working remotely, our team is able to guide you through the process of finding and securing the right space for your creative business, either now or in the future.

We recognise that the landscape is ever-changing and continue to provide a flexible service for future aspirations and adjusting requirements. Eat Work Art houses a wide range of workspaces that can be adapted to suit your business needs and truly made your own.

We hope this guide helps you through the new process:

  1. Enquiry

Drop us a line or submit an enquiry via our website on the Eat Work Art Viewing Request Form to register your interest and tell us about your workspace needs.

Direct contact:

Please include the following details:

  • Company details - what do you do in the creative industries?
  • Contact telephone number
  • Timeline for moving in
  • Current size of your team (any immediate plans for reduction/expansion)
  • Any specific specifications required. E.g. private meeting room/bathroom? Street-facing windows for display?
  1. Telephone Consultation

Our team is on hand remotely to take enquiries and answer any questions via telephone. Please note that this is the best time to mention any unique circumstances and outline clearly anything we might need to know to match you to a space. If we don’t have any spaces available that match your requirements we will happily add you to a waiting list so you’ll be the first to know when it comes up.

  1. Studio Suggestions & Bespoke Solutions

We will send you tailored studio suggestions directly based on your requirements via email. This pack will include 360° panorama views of the studios, static images and floor plans so you can make an initial assessment remotely.

  1. Questions

Once you have received the visuals and information you will have the opportunity to ask the team any further questions before narrowing down your options.

  1. Signing Process & Placing Deposit

In light of the current climate, we want to offer creative businesses every opportunity to develop. We have introduced a flexible system to securing your future workspace, via deposit schemes, contracts and moving-in. We recommend that you talk it through with us to see what options are available for your business.
