New Lockdown Measures: Covid-Secure Viewings Process

At Eat Work Art, our dedicated Resident Curation Team is on hand to discuss your studio needs and offer in-person viewings across all our sites, whilst continuing to follow the latest government guidelines.

Viewings are by appointment only, following the precautions outlined below. Virtual viewings are also available on request.

Viewing Guidelines

• All viewings will have at least a 15 minute gap between them, with no overlapping of appointments. This will allow for sanitisation after each viewing.

• A maximum of three persons, including our Resident Curator, should be in attendance per viewing. For spaces larger than 600 sq.ft. and/or with their own private entrance, where absolutely necessary, a maximum of four persons can attend. Please request this in advance.

• A two metre distance will be maintained by all parties throughout all viewings.

• Our team will leave all internal doors and windows open where possible to minimise touch points and improve airflow.

• Our cleaning team will sanitise touch points frequently, particularly door handles and surfaces, prior to and after each viewing.

• Should any member of the viewing party display any symptoms or have been asked to self-isolate at the time of the viewing, please let us know so that we can reschedule your appointment. Alternatively, you can request a virtual viewing.
