A Message of Thanks To Our Community

The past year has been one filled with many new faces, business and brands that we have seen grow with us. As well as incredible resident achievements, highlights from Eat Work Art included the launch of downmarket_, our Open Studios 10th anniversary and a brand new website.

We want to say a big THANK YOU to all our inspiring residents for making Netil House, Hackney Downs Studios and Old Paradise Yard the places that they are!

We have many more exciting things planned for the next year, including the Eat Work Art card launch, the development of 40 new studios at Hackney Downs and growth of our brand new site Alma Yard in Plymouth.
