Black Lives Matter
Let's Keep Talking
The killing of George Floyd is another catastrophic example of systemic violence, brutality and racism black people face in society. As we remember him and others alike, we are fiercely reminded of our position and responsibility to take collective action. We don't usually discuss political matters, but this is an extremely human one which requires continued support and engagement from all in society.
We have signposted a list of resources that we have found helpful over the last few days. These include local charities and black owned business to support, as well as inspirational people and podcasts that we have found enlightening as we strive to educate ourselves to be better in order to take action towards a fairer society.
