Palm Greens is run by the duo Kali & Memby, who are bringing you an exciting menu of nourishing breakfasts, speciality salads and plant-based plates of greens and grains, using only sustainably sourced ingredients and served in compostable packing.
Their mission is to serve great quality, fresh and flavour packed salads. Food that fits with the city’s pace, without skimping on quality, ethics, taste and fun.
Weekend brunches will be fresh and delicious plates paired with suitably vibey drinks in the palm filled oasis of NT's bar. Featuring specials and classics, like their take on avocado toast and Palm Greens best sellers such as the Tostada bowl and Garlic Miso Mushroom.
Everything is made from scratch using whole food ingredients. They take the time to source and prepare real food with thought and care so that you can enjoy this way of eating, even when you’re in a rush.

Kali’s background in health supportive cooking means she has the knowledge to prepare well balanced meals. We use whole foods and grains to optimise on nutrients and cut down on waste.
Palm Greens aim to source as organically, seasonally and locally as they can; building relationships and work with local growers and producers wherever possible. Their greens are supplied by Organic Lea, even their quinoa is grown in the UK.
