An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Lead to join EWA.
You’ll form an integral part of the Operations Department, reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Lead role will cover external and internal operations, with KPI’s relating to both resident satisfaction and the effectiveness of EWA’s systems and processes.
Externally, the Operations team is responsible for resident experience, facilities including building maintenance and health & safety, and services such as Front of House, post sorting and printing as well as the provision of the resident IT offering. With support from our Maintenance, Resident Experience & IT teams, you will improve the services currently available to residents with scalability and effectiveness in mind. You will explore creative and cost effective solutions to ensure that the buildings we occupy are safe, functional and inviting at all times.
Internally, you will ensure that optimal systems and processes are in place to provide a solid foundation as we enter a high-growth phase. As our systems of work evolve and expand, we require someone who can quickly adapt to new ways of working, presenting information and procedures in such a way that enables the whole EWA team to work to the same standards. You will lead on the production of standardised training guides and delivery of in person training to refine the performance and efficiency of our teams.
