Established in 2009, EWA has since expanded across four sites; Hackney Downs Studios and Netil House in Hackney, Old Paradise Yard in Lambeth and Alma Yard in Plymouth, our sites are home to over 600 businesses in the creative industries.
An opportunity has arisen to play a central role in delivering on the growth strategy of this innovative, fast growing company.
Reporting to and working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for finding and developing potential opportunities for Eat Work Art’s expansion to new sites both within London and further afield.
With support from our communications team you will grow the company’s profile as a creative workspace operator, assuming responsibility for the assets and broader site lead generation.
Through direct research, refining lead source development, building and nurturing relationships you will ensure the company is aware of all suitable site opportunities as they arise and in the best possible position to secure them.
This is a full time role. The applicant will be either London-based or Devon-based with regular travel across sites, as well as further afield.
