An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and innovative manager to join the team at Eat Work Art.
You will strive to enhance all aspects of our resident experience, working with some of the most exciting creative businesses in the UK to ensure their working environments, wellbeing and social experience are optimised. You will see each touch point with our residents as an opportunity to exceed expectations and to ensure they feel connected to and supported by our community.
Resident Experience oversees a range of areas from customer service, lease renewals, retention management, Front of House, facilities and events, so a diverse skill set and flexible approach are a must.
Taking full ownership of customer service & support, facilities, renewals and community development, this is a fast-paced customer facing role suited to an experienced manager with a passion for people and the creative industries.
Based at our head office in Hackney Downs Studios, you will oversee resident experience across all of our sites.
