Eat Work Art offers inspiring workspace for leaders in the creative industries. Our sites are designed to facilitate community, collaboration and growth for the businesses and individuals that occupy our spaces. We continue to develop our sites over time to unlock potential and allow the resident experience to evolve.
Launched in London in 2009, Netil House, Hackney Downs Studios and Old Paradise Yard are our most well-known ventures. We recently expanded to Devon with the launch of our first two freehold sites in 2021 and 2022.
This role will work to develop and implement a strategy for letting creative studio spaces across EWA sites in London and Devon, supporting the business to achieve and maintain full occupancy across all sites.
You will be responsible for proactively seeking prospective new residents, as well as converting inbound leads from enquiry to viewing and viewing to letting. With thorough knowledge of the creative industries, you will help curate a community of aspirational individuals and businesses, helping to further Eat Work Art’s profile as the leading creative workspace provider across the UK.
With the support of the sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline as well as line managing Viewings Assistants across sites. You will also aim to build relevant relationships on and off site, proactively engaging new contacts with a view to inviting and inspiring them to join the EWA community.
