Building Manager, Camberwell House
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Manager to manage this new acquisition. We are looking for someone to ensure a smooth running of the Camberwell House and its residents.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a social, customer-facing role and who has the ability to maintain a relaxed and friendly manner in busy moments or when faced with difficult situations. You will be supported by the Studios Management team and will have regular contact with all staff, providing administrative support when necessary.
You’ll enhance all aspects of the resident experience, from onboarding to resident services and events, you will build an aspirational community of residents, meanwhile maximising retention and rental revenue. The role is suited to a capable, confident and well-spoken individual with outstanding people and administrative skills, plus a desired passion for the creative industries.
This role will be based on Front of House and you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, so excellent customer service skills are a must.
The working hours are 37.5hrs a week within an 8-6pm window with a 30 minute break for lunch. You will occasionally be required to work outside of these hours when assisting with networking and social events.
