Launched in London in 2009, Netil House, Hackney Downs Studios and Old Paradise Yard are our most well-known ventures. We recently expanded to Devon with the launch of our first two freehold sites in 2021 and 2022.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a talented and driven Sales & Marketing Lead to join the team at Eat Work Art in Devon.
This role will support the marketing and sales departments to generate awareness and let studio spaces across EWA sites in Devon, supporting the business to achieve and maintain full occupancy in the region. You will be responsible for attracting relevant leads and converting these leads from enquiry to viewing and viewing to letting. With thorough knowledge of the creative industries, you will help curate a community of aspirational individuals and businesses, helping to build EWA’s profile as a creative workspace provider in Devon.
With the support of your line manager and the wider sales and marketing teams, you will strive to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, taking ownership of all studio leads in Devon through the sales pipeline. Additionally, you will conduct regular competitor analysis, providing clear feedback on market rents and competitor offerings.
With natural networking skills, you will build relationships on and off site, proactively engaging new contacts with a view to inviting and inspiring them to join the EWA community.
