Community Manager (Plymouth)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Community Manager working across our existing and upcoming Devon sites. Reporting to our Devon Manager, the role is responsible for an ambitious retention strategy focused on enhancing all aspects of the resident experience, from lettings and onboarding to facilities and an annual programme of community building events.The role is suited to a presentable, confident and well-spoken individual with outstanding people and administrative skills and a passion for the creative industries.

Eat Work Art provides inspiring workspaces for the creative industries. We are passionate about providing unique, enriched working environments.

Launched in London in 2009, Netil House, Hackney Downs Studios and Old Paradise Yard are our most well-known ventures where creative businesses come to work, collaborate and grow. 

We recently launched Phase 1 of our first site in Plymouth - Alma Yard - a revitalised rope factory comprising of a series of buildings dating back to the mid 19th century, and are about to embark on the development of our second site.
