Netil Market Space Available
Housed within a converted shipping container in Netil Market, and surrounded by some of the loveliest folk and most inspiring small businesses in the borough, our largest space will be available from November.
Previously used as a Barbershop & Bar, the plot is a blank canvas waiting for a great idea.
Netil Market has established itself over the last 3 years and is now a bustling Saturday Market and an excellent platform for designers, makers and creative retail. At present we have 17 permanent traders who occupy the space throughout the week, offering visitors a unique and personal service, with Earl of East London, The Market Peddler cycle shop, Arrow Jewellery, BAO, Morty & Bob's, The Worshipful Little Shop of Spectacles & ºPlato Brewery amongst the mix. The plan is to make Netil Market a full-time creative retail, studio and event space.
Our largest plot is coming available, and we are looking for excellent proposals.
We’re looking for all sorts of proposals for the space. Think cafe, furniture maker, gallery, bookshop, stationer’s or clothes shop.
Our trading license allows us to open 7 days per week - Monday to Saturday from 9am till 6pm and Sunday 10am till 6pm. We ask that traders with shop units open for our Market day every Saturday and also open independently throughout the week.
If you’ve got a great idea and want a home for it send your proposal to Sarah at email@example.com
