Eat Work Art is looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager for the iconic Netil House.
Eat Work Art is a leading provider of creative studio space across London and the UK. Our team ensure an inspiring, supportive and efficient environment for those in the creative industries to work and collaborate. Our sites encourage a balanced, enjoyable lifestyle with carefully curated on-site fitness and wellness studios, cafes, bars, salons, galleries and more.
You will be responsible for assisting in the operation of the whole site with sole responsibility for our sub site Netil Market and a small cluster of studios in Shoreditch.
You will ensure the sites are safe, secure, clean and presentable at all times. You will strive to meet targets for studio sales, customer satisfaction and retention, building cleanliness and presentation and staff and service efficiency. You will be an integral part of the team with an ear to the ground and an eye on improving services and the resident offering, providing solutions to problems and dealing with situations in a calm, efficient and professional manner.
You will assist with the management of a small team to run the site 24/7 and must be a skilled manager who will develop the team to meet their full potential. You will also work with Eat Work Art management, constantly reviewing and improving our processes to achieve seamless and efficient systems and the best possible resident experience.
